2. Cookies

We do not use cookies. None. Not session cookies, not tracking cookies, not "functional" cookies. Your browser stores nothing from this site.

3. Analytics — what we collect and why

We use Umami, a privacy-first, open-source analytics platform hosted on a server located in the European Union. Umami is designed specifically to collect only the minimum information needed to understand how a site is used, without identifying or tracking any individual visitor.

What Umami records per page view:

• The page URL visited
• The referring URL (where you came from)
• The browser and operating system type (generic, e.g. "Chrome / macOS")
• The approximate country derived from your IP address — the IP itself is never stored or logged
• The screen size category

What it does not collect:

• Your IP address (discarded immediately after geolocation lookup)
• Any persistent identifier or fingerprint
• Any cross-site tracking data

All analytics data is aggregated and anonymous. It is used exclusively to understand which pages are visited and to ensure the site works correctly. It is never sold, shared, or used for advertising.

4. Booking — Cal.com

If you choose to book an appointment, a booking widget from Cal.com (cal.com/eu, EU region) may load when you click the relevant button. This script is only loaded on your explicit action (e.g. clicking "Book a call") — it is not present on page load and does not run in the background.

When you complete a booking, Cal.com processes the information you submit (name, email, selected time slot) in order to schedule the appointment. Cal.com acts as a data processor on your behalf for that purpose. You can review Cal.com's own privacy policy at cal.com/privacy.

We receive only what is necessary to confirm and conduct the appointment.

5. Infrastructure — Cloudflare

This site is served through Cloudflare's network for performance and security. Cloudflare may process IP addresses at the network level as part of routing and DDoS protection. This is standard infrastructure operation and no data is shared with us from this process. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

6. Data retention

We do not store any personal data ourselves. Analytics data is fully anonymous and contains no information that could identify you. Booking information is held only as long as necessary to fulfil the appointment.

7. Your rights

8. Changes to this policy

If anything changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will never introduce tracking, profiling, or advertising technologies without making that explicitly clear.
